Homecoming!!!!

Yes, it is hard to believe...but the radiation portion of Jude's treatment is nearly over. In fact, he has only one more treatment tomorrow and then he is done!!! They are coming home Saturday and are staying in California until July 30th when they go back for the chemotherapy portion of his treatment.

I am so happy and excited for them to be over this part of the process...and even more elated that we will get to see them in just a few days. As you can see from the video I posted...his little legs moving!!!! I do not think he is walking yet...Jeni mentioned that he can stand on his own for about 30 seconds...and that he can walk only with assistance. He has not had much of an appetite. He was put on medication to help this...but since the medicine was not helping this, they took him off. I hope that when he comes back here and is not going through ANY treatment, his appetite will come back and he can regain some weight before he has to go back. Jeni is excited about coming back and she told me that Jude is VERY anxious to get back. He has mentioned specific toys he would like to play with!!!
